Stringa di connessione SQL Server non valida su Linux Entity Framework Core

Sto usando Linux più specificamente Xubuntu. Ho installato SQL Server Express sul mio computer. Attualmente sto realizzando un'app Web e la mia connessione non sembra funzionare o non capisco tutto bene?

L'output che ottengo è:

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 25 - Connection string is not valid)

Ho già provato quello che avrei potuto trovare e niente ha funzionato. Potrebbe essere a causa della mancanza di informazioni per gli utenti Linux, ma ancora non sono riuscito a capirlo.

In generale, sto provando a connettermi al mio server SQL locale usando la stringa di connessione nell'app della mia console usando EF core. Così:

Questa è la stringa di connessione che sto usando e dovrebbe funzionare.

Sto usando questo comando per applicare le migrazioni e creare il database sul mio SQL Server:

Il risultato che dovrei ottenere è in realtà applicare tutte le migrazioni e creare il database.
