EF Core: si è verificata un'eccezione nel database durante l'iterazione dei risultati di una query

Ricevo questo errore dalla mia app Web ospitata in Azure. Funziona bene per alcuni giorni e poi improvvisamente smette di funzionare.

C'è forse un problema con la connessione? Quale riferimento all'oggetto non ha un'istanza?
