AutoMapper che imposta tutte le proprietà su NULL alla destinazione

In un'API Web di ASP.NET Core 1.1, sto tentando di associare un modello di entità a un DTO utilizzando AutoMapper.

Il modello dell'entità:

La mappatura viene eseguita in un file di configurazione:

Nell'azione del mio controller, eseguo la mappatura:

                .Where(a => a.DeletedDate == null && a.GroupId == 1);


            var propertiesDto = _mapper.Map<IEnumerable<PropertyDto>>(properties);

            return Ok(propertiesDto);
        }

Non fornisce un errore, ma tutte le proprietà in tutti gli oggetti nell'elenco ProprietàDto sono valori predefiniti (NULL per oggetti e tipi nullable, FALSE per booleani, 0 per numeri interi, ecc.) Tutte le idee su dove sto andando male ?
