codice prima al database esistente mancante dalla selezione della procedura guidata

Nel video qui l'Entity Data Model Wizard include le opzioni "EF Designer dal database" e "Code First dal database"

Non riesco a visualizzare queste opzioni nella procedura guidata quando aggiungo un nuovo elemento dati e selezioni il modello di dati di entità ADO.Net

Sto usando VS2013 e ho installato EF6.1 usando Nuget. Come posso installare le nuove opzioni della procedura guidata?
